1、 Advantages of circular electroplating line:

3、 Rolling plating automatic line:
There are also two types of automatic plating lines: circular mechanical or hydraulic automatic lines and linear gantry automatic lines.
Circular mechanical type suitable for inclined automatic loading and unloading of bell shaped drum high-speed electroplating equipment (plates, wires) and selective electroplating equipment.
With the development of the economy and the progress of electronic electroplating, there is an increasing demand for high-speed electroplating production automatic lines and selective electroplating production lines. 4、 Auxiliary equipment for electroplating production line:
1. Electroplating power supply:
Electroplating power supply is an important auxiliary equipment in the electroplating production process. The silicon rectifier and thyristor rectifier are still widely used in China, which are divided into voltage regulator voltage regulation, magnetic saturation reactor voltage regulation, and thyristor voltage regulation.
Electroplating silicon rectifiers and controllable silicon rectifiers are both low voltage and high current, generally 12V (18V is selected for chrome plating). Silicon rectifiers with controllable silicon voltage regulation are available for currents ranging from 100A to 20000A. Only electroplating power supplies with good transient stability and stable current density are being promoted and applied when the load is high.
2. Electroplating solution filtration equipment:
The filter machine is one of the key equipment related to the quality of electroplating products. When selecting filter cartridges and filter cloths, it is important to pay attention to the "true" filtration accuracy.
There are still some issues with the production of filter machines:
(1) The specifications and high reliability of filter machines for chrome plating and electroless nickel plating still need to be studied, and special plastics such as polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) and related components must be introduced. Polypropylene plastic cannot be used to manufacture chrome plated filter machines.
(2) High quality magnetic pumps need to be developed.
(3) The filtering accuracy provided by the factory now needs to be confirmed by scientific means. Specialized filter cloth, filter bag, and filter paper still need to be produced.
(4) The shaft seal material of centrifugal filter needs to be improved, and the problems of wear resistance and leakage prevention should be solved.
(5) The electroplating process is advancing rapidly, and auxiliary equipment must also keep up. For example, a specialized chemical degreasing filter for pre-treatment can separate floating oil on the liquid surface and adsorb suspended oil droplets. The quality of electroplated products will be greatly improved, and improving the quality of phosphating film will be of great benefit.
3. Application of Ultrasonic Equipment
The cavitation effect of ultrasound can greatly accelerate the degreasing and rust removal of pre-treatment, shorten the treatment time, and improve the degreasing and rust removal effects.
4. Heating and cooling equipment
Traditional electroplating heating methods often use steam or electric heating. In summer, refrigeration units are commonly used to ensure that acidic bright copper and bright tin plating work at standard operating temperatures.
